Welcome to MM Totes, a division of Monster Mania. By accessing or using our website (mmtotes.com) or booking a rental through it, you agree to these Terms of Service.
About Our Service
MM Totes is a locally owned business based in Spring, TX 77388. We rent heavy-duty moving totes and equipment, and sell certain supplies, for local moves and events in the Spring, Texas area. We are a tote and equipment rental service only — not a moving company. Customers are responsible for packing, loading, and transporting their own belongings.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States to book a rental or use this website.
Booking and Reservations
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by MM Totes.
- A booking is not confirmed until we send a confirmation and payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Deposit, Card on File & Rental Agreement
Before delivery or pickup, we require: (1) a refundable security deposit of up to 50% of the rental fee; (2) a valid credit or debit card kept on file; and (3) a signed rental agreement. The deposit, less any charges for loss, damage, or late return, is refunded after the equipment is returned and inspected.
Rental Agreement
All rentals are governed by our Rental Agreement, which is presented and signed at the time of booking. The Rental Agreement outlines responsibility, damage fees, late-return charges, and other rental-specific terms.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery and pickup are free within 10 miles of Spring, TX 77388. A flat $35 fee applies to locations beyond that radius. Customers may also pick up and return equipment themselves at no charge.
Payment
Payment is due in full before delivery. Invoices are sent via Stripe after your booking is confirmed. We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Purchased items, such as stretch wrap, are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the site to distribute spam or harmful content, or copy site content without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the logo, images, text, and design — is the property of MM Totes / Monster Mania or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MM Totes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
